Hot Toddy is a 16.2 hand, beautiful black exceptionally elegant young dressage mare. She is the epitome of the modern type with classical conformation, long correct limbs and an uphill neck and throat latch connection. Her dark coat and elegant, feminine face are just as eye-catching as her dynamic movement. She is an excellent dressage horse and also loves to jump. She did her mare inspection and performance test as a 3 year old and received her Premium Status and is in the Maine Mare Book.
Her sire Harvard is renowned for his stamping type and excellent character and her dam Verb.Pr.St. Sudorme has made multiple successful dressage horses and carries an interesting and sought after combination of blood. Harvard is a proven sire of excellence. Standing 16.3hh he is dark brown-black, with four white socks and a connecting star and stripe. His legacy is quickly establishing in Europe and North America. Harvard has produced multiple Licensed sons, numerous State Premium Mares, Elite Auction Foals, a Bundeschampion, a finalist at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses, successful International Advanced Dressage competitors including a Grand Prix Dressage horse, in 2008 he dam-sired the Champion Filly of Germany, Foals of Distinction, Top Hanoverian Foals and legions of Premium Foals. A strong transmitter of type, Harvard’s are stamped with his elegant head and convey his kind, sensible disposition. Harvard is a very modern type and sire of talented dressage and hunter progeny. One of his greatest hallmarks is the wonderful temperament that he passes on to his offspring. At three years of age he successfully completed his 100 Day Stallion Performance Test at Neustadt-Dosse, Germany, scoring a perfect 10 for temperament and straight 9’s for character, willingness and ability to work, constitution and rideability. He scored straight 8’s for his walk, trot and canter and currently holds a Hanoverian breeding index of 136 with indexes of; Walk 128, Trot 133, Canter 131, Type 142, Head 150, Neck 149, and Limbs 125.

St.Pr.A. Dunja (aka Dark Pearl) is a 16.1 hand black with white star mare. She is an extremely classy, black elegant mare with three excellent paces and a fascinating dressage pedigree. Purchased at the 2012 Summer Hanoverian Auction in Verden Germany, St.Pr.A. Dunja received her 1A prize in Germany and passed her Mare

She was imported to North America and spent two years in the Hunter-Jumper ring with Junior riders prior to switching back to her dressage career. The keen mare has an excellent fluid walk, a swinging active trot and a round, jumping correct canter. She has first-rate dark hard feet, straight correct legs and a correct conformation. Her elegant face, uphill neck connection and strong back compete the attractive package.
Her sire, the Dimaggio was the FEI 5 Year Old World Yong Dressage Horse Champion and went on to be victorious up through Advanced Level. He has become a renowned brood mare sire, making the 2012 Dimaggio daughter Dimma who was crowned the Westphalian champion mare in Münster-Handorf, and the Bronze Medal winner at the German Elite Broodmare Championships in Lienen. Daugher Sophie trotted to the win at the Elite Oldenburg Mare Show in Rastede Germany in 2010. The world record breaking young dressage horse Woodlander’s Farouche is just one of his descendants with successes at Advanced Level. Dimaggio’s sire Don Primero was 1990 Bundeschampion and under Karin Rehbein and highly successful to Grand Prix. Dimaggio sadly passed away in 2015 making this bloodline extremely coveted.
St.Pr.A. Dunja’s dam-sire Feininger was licensed in Verden in 1999 and won his 100 Day Stallion Performance Testing in 2001 at Neustadt/Dosse with an impressive 139.14 in Dressage. Following this success he was leased by the Hanoverian Verband to stand at the State Stud Celle. Feininger is known for his gentle temperament and correct formation and build. He was a successful Grand Prix dressage horse with an outstanding character, rideability and willingness to work. His foals are known to inherit his gaits, elasticity and pleasing type. Her full brother Dorado (Dimaggio x St.Pr.St. Finesse (Feininger)) sold at the 2015 Brightwells Auction.
